Pros

Comapny is very welcoming to people from all walks of life. Is very adamant about utilizing supportive measures, and coaching before moving to alternatives. These policies make the company less daunting to work for, especially when considering the contracts you may be working on.

Cons

While what was listed as pros are truly such, they are also the companies biggest cons in my opinon as well. Being so welcoming and supportive has its uses, but it also creates an oppurtinty for specific tones to be set that, overall, are not good in my opinon. its nearly impossible to get fired from this company, even when they have every reason to remove someone from the operation. Its great for that specific individual, but it can exhasut those around them. And it has the potential to generate a lot of distrust, and disheartned attitudes for the people who dont have any notable issues. To them, it can be percieved as if the people in charge dont know whats going on or simply dont care, even if, that is not actually the case. Perception is everything. But sometimes, it would appear that milestone is so locked into the collective perspective that theyre aiming for, that they forget about the individual perpectives that make up that collective perception.

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
