Pros

Great people that you meet and work with.

Cons

Was approved for time off. Halfway through my trip I get a call from a friend who works there and I'm told that management is wondering why I'm not there. I filed my time off over 2 months prior to leaving and it WAS approved with email confirmation. I also told my supervisor and he was happy for me. My supervisor called me about 5 hours later saying that I already have 2 no call - no shows and if I don't come in the next day, I will be fired. I explain to him what has happened and it turns out he thought my vacation was only for a day or two. (This supervisor had only been a supervisor about 2 and a half months before I left on my trip). I get back and am told that I have only a single point left and I will be fired. So, about a month later, I clock onto the floor 2 minutes late and am taken into a room and fired. I showed them my confirmation email for my time off and they shrugged it off. I can't do anything legal against them untill 2025 when the NDA expires. This company loves to hire mass amounts of people and promptly lay 90% of them off after promising an amazing opportunity and they are forced to sign paperwork that fully protects the company from ANY legal action from an agent for 10 years.

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
