Pros

Your peers are great. We are all in the same boat. The benefits are okay. You get medical, dental, and vision. There's also a chance at a 401K but no employer match at the end of the year. It's laid back when it comes to the dress code.

Cons

They use a system called Verint to measure your adherence on the floor. It basically tells you what AUX code you must be in at what time. It tells you your break, your lunch, and when you take calls/follow-up emails. If you are out of adherence you are given a talking to. Everyone is pushed to have the best CSAT scores. If you have a low score, once again you are talked to and counseled. Problems from customers are usually not handled by the supervisors unless it's a super mad customer. They want you to put Milestone first and foremost in your life. Anybody who has a life outside of it is shunned. Your life is your job and how dare you have a life outside of it. They expect you to work overtime. Policies change from day to day.

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
