Pros

none. they took over a year to convert me to a FT position w/benefits and i had been working with them for over a year in a highly visible PM role working 40 plus hours weekly. All while giving me lip service and excuses. Pay was horrible!

Cons

The HR department and delivery managers advocate only on behalf of the client/customer who is paying them. Absolutely no support from delivery manager or HR on unethical hiring practices. Wrong doings to employees occur on the regular. Travel & finance department are completely inept at doing there jobs. Everyone in the office has an attitude problem for some reason. They hire people without interviewing and send them out to job sites site unseen. Some of the worst techs i have seen came from this company and stick around. A new delivery manager was being rotated in every 5 months at SanDisk Operating on a 7 year old contract and are too afraid to lose the contract so they wont talk about renewing it or updating it. Paying long time employees under 15 an hour is preposterous There is supposed to be negotiation when signing a new contract for employees. That never happened and i was told if i do not like the terms i could leave. Delivery manager i worked with last was not fit for duty, would berate and belittle the employees for no reason, often not know what he was talking about, gab with other employees for hours at a time and was never at the helpdesk which he is assigned to manage his employees reported never seeing him at his desk when they needed him which is all the time.

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
