Pros

Coworkers are nice The Facebook experience is nice

Cons

-Your manager is not EHS -you will not progress in the role -There is no upward mobility -Conversion to Facebook is not pushed by Facebook nor by Milestone; with FB job openings they will not even give Milestone employees the time of day to take those openings even if they are qualified -In the end you are a contractor, dont have authority, and that. Am be frustrating as EHS requires some type of authority - Hardly had any actual work and got extremely bored so not a good job to feel self fulfilled or progress - your Milestone “manager” cancels 1-on1s 2 minutes before meeting starts on a weekly basis; very unprofessional - Milestone “manager” doesn’t know ANYTHING about EHS and can’t give you feedback on your work, etc. -Facebook manager is not allowed to really help your career development as that would cause issues with the fact that it may become co-dependent (against the law); since Fb manager can’t help you and Milestone doesn’t know anything about what you do, you won’t have opportunities or guidance to receive certifications, further training, etc. - no raises or promotions even with great work feedback from FB manager -since EHS is not Milestones actual business, you’re alone on an island, an outcast, with all your other EHS Milestone colleagues -Never step foot in Milestone building -Never felt like a Milestone Employee and never felt like a FB employee -High turnover of EHS Milestone employees

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
