Pros

Often had gatherings for the employees

Cons

Not organized! No processes and procedures in place in the dept I worked for. Management tends to avoid the approval process to bypass upper management. Pay is very low and you're taken advantage of and is expected to go outside your JD. Benefits are not great at all! A family of 3 is expected to pay around $600 a month, which is very hard esp w/making less then $22 an hour, compared to other companies. Salary is not great at all unless you are a friend of the manager who is willing to give you top $$ which results in the person being a lazy contributor to the team. I can go on and on. if you're pregnant, your job may not be secured (found out they will be laying off someone who just had a baby). The technicians have to travel to many diff locations w/a wage of $12 an hour w/no mileage expense (some will make a exception depending if they're desperate and need workers. I can go on and on.

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
