Pros

Easy to get in to work at company. That is pretty much the only thing good about this company. Every other experience was horrible.

Cons

Upper management constantly lies. You are told one thing and the next thing you know your out of a job. And don't even DARE to take a vacation as this company is notorious for getting rid of people who take vacation time. I was working at a company that had a contract with Milestone and had accumulated enough vacation time to take some time off. I decided to take one week off during Christmas break. I come back and was told another tech was being hired to cover for me when I decide to go on vacation again. Within a week after returning, I was let go. I was shocked as I was the lead for everything in the company, had excellent reviews from employees and had fixed multiple issues at the site. I felt betrayed and used. Unless you work at Milestone headquarters, don't count on being here long. They see technicians as expendable and do not see them as valuable. And if you do get picked up by this company, don't stay longer than 6 months. Once the year hits, your out.

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
