Pros
Down to earth people. Management has high level of integrity - Gessel, Sturgis.
Cons
Lots of talk about philosophy, but favoritism is given to many individuals. You may get written up for the smallest situation of "disrespecting" another employee and another may have a blind eye turned. HR is way too concerned about "investigating" insignificant issues - people are dragged into rooms for interviews. This creates chasms between employees as each thinks the other is sharing personal information about the others. Dialogue is stifled.
