      Pros

      The people here are easy to work with and the training never stops. Everyone has something they can teach you about every aspect of the company.

      Cons

      It can be a little overwhelming trying to learn the jargon, especially if your new to the field. Learning the background behind what’s done to make these doors and windows is a little extensive.

      We do tend to have some inside language, don't we? The products themselves have a certain level of complexity and there is a learning curve. We do have designated trainers in each location and we will continue to work to ensure they can spend the right amount of time with new employees.       Personal office space, nice people.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, labor laws broken, plant supervisors say 'no girls' on lines like doors. Plant workers are over worked and under paid. 16 plus hours on Warehouse shifts. Plant and Warehouse workers are treated poorly by management. Nothing HR cares about. They do not care. If you express a complaint they will get rid of you. Constant add on tasks such as job fairs, outdoor signs, walk in interviews w no security, Holiday plant party shopping, plant decorating, new hire orientations every Monday. There is zero security. Very cheap and unfair merit increases. Annual bonuses taken away after Covid. Upper management get more lucrative raises, far greater holiday raffle prizes, trips to Cabo (to celebrate all the layoffs], SF Giants suites, etc.
