Says that working in the office is vital to creating relationships even though we all stay in our cubicles and all of the meetings are on Teams Middle management seems checked out Lots of peer pressure to work in office even when sick. Nobody is asked to go home if they come in hacking up a lung. Very few feel like they have the freedom and ability to take advantage of their vacation time. Over working yourself is seen as a value here, but isn't recognized as going above and beyond. It's an expectation.
