      Pros

      Most of the people are wonderful and want to succeed as a team. Very good at providing PPE and rotating employees in production to avoid work related injuries. Could be more appreciative of the job Service techs perform.

      Cons

      Many of those in management, HR included, work very hard to cover their backs, not realizing the dedication of the excellent employees who they overload, lay the blame, and take for granted. Quantity over quality when it comes to production. They should slow it down and pay attention to the details. Stop listening to people who love to hear themselves talk, and listen to the boots on the ground.

      Personal office space, nice people.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, labor laws broken, plant supervisors say 'no girls' on lines like doors. Plant workers are over worked and under paid. 16 plus hours on Warehouse shifts. Plant and Warehouse workers are treated poorly by management. Nothing HR cares about. They do not care. If you express a complaint they will get rid of you. Constant add on tasks such as job fairs, outdoor signs, walk in interviews w no security, Holiday plant party shopping, plant decorating, new hire orientations every Monday. There is zero security. Very cheap and unfair merit increases. Annual bonuses taken away after Covid. Upper management get more lucrative raises, far greater holiday raffle prizes, trips to Cabo (to celebrate all the layoffs], SF Giants suites, etc.
