Pros

I have no pros, unfortunately.

Cons

Honestly the worst experience of my life was the year I worked here. During my first week, my manager (a director) called me a princess behind my back simply because I was soft-spoken and dressed a little bougie. When I complained to upper management about this comment, i was simply told to not be so sensitive and that "adaptability is important". During a work trip, i, a young girl in her early 20's, was taken to lunch by two middle-aged male coworkers (one of whom was also a director) at a horse race betting casino. I found this SUPER inappropriate and was the only girl in the entire place. Then, at this casino, these men went on to discuss colin kaepernick and how stupid it was of him to kneel during the national anthem. I am a POC and felt EXTREMELY marginalized by that. I also was taken to lunch once by two middle-aged white male coworkers who happened to be veterans and at lunch, they launched into extremely graphic detail of running over civilians in tanks at war. (I wish I was making this up) In addition, during my year here, i got cat called multiple times by production workers simply while just walking to and from my car. Would not recommend.

Pros

Personal office space, nice people.

Cons

Micromanagement, labor laws broken, plant supervisors say 'no girls' on lines like doors. Plant workers are over worked and under paid. 16 plus hours on Warehouse shifts. Plant and Warehouse workers are treated poorly by management. Nothing HR cares about. They do not care. If you express a complaint they will get rid of you. Constant add on tasks such as job fairs, outdoor signs, walk in interviews w no security, Holiday plant party shopping, plant decorating, new hire orientations every Monday. There is zero security. Very cheap and unfair merit increases. Annual bonuses taken away after Covid. Upper management get more lucrative raises, far greater holiday raffle prizes, trips to Cabo (to celebrate all the layoffs], SF Giants suites, etc.
