Pros

No pros to this job really

Cons

Can’t communicate to the supervisor without it being taken as complaining. Makes us stay way past our time there to fit doors and windows where there’s NO ROOM. New supervisor for shippers is uneducated and not fit for the supervisor role. HR barely does jack squat if you go to them about any type of complaint, then they make it seem like it’s your fault. Whole company is bull if you ask me.

Pros

Personal office space, nice people.

Cons

Micromanagement, labor laws broken, plant supervisors say 'no girls' on lines like doors. Plant workers are over worked and under paid. 16 plus hours on Warehouse shifts. Plant and Warehouse workers are treated poorly by management. Nothing HR cares about. They do not care. If you express a complaint they will get rid of you. Constant add on tasks such as job fairs, outdoor signs, walk in interviews w no security, Holiday plant party shopping, plant decorating, new hire orientations every Monday. There is zero security. Very cheap and unfair merit increases. Annual bonuses taken away after Covid. Upper management get more lucrative raises, far greater holiday raffle prizes, trips to Cabo (to celebrate all the layoffs], SF Giants suites, etc.
