Over worker under paid. The pay is horrible for the amount of work and crap everyone has to deal with. VERY unappreciated !! Management could care less. They use to be great! It’s a very sad place to work anymore. Too busy. Not enough people. Slow production that doesn’t care to do a good or even a decent job. Horrible quality. Extremely ridiculous lead times. Service barely “services” anymore. It’s all pawned off. Customers are very unhappy and very angry. Once the company was bought by MI a year or 2 ago it ALL went down hill. Wish they would sell to a company that actually cares! The “family” owned and cares is total BS.

Personal office space, nice people.

Cons

Micromanagement, labor laws broken, plant supervisors say 'no girls' on lines like doors. Plant workers are over worked and under paid. 16 plus hours on Warehouse shifts. Plant and Warehouse workers are treated poorly by management. Nothing HR cares about. They do not care. If you express a complaint they will get rid of you. Constant add on tasks such as job fairs, outdoor signs, walk in interviews w no security, Holiday plant party shopping, plant decorating, new hire orientations every Monday. There is zero security. Very cheap and unfair merit increases. Annual bonuses taken away after Covid. Upper management get more lucrative raises, far greater holiday raffle prizes, trips to Cabo (to celebrate all the layoffs], SF Giants suites, etc.
