Pros

Great pay, very helpful management, and a nice work environment. The pay structure is very rewarding and offers good earning potential. Management is always there for you whenever you have questions or concerns, which makes a huge difference on the floor. Overall, the daily store environment is very nice, welcoming, and comfortable to work in every day.

Cons

The retail hours can sometimes be long and demanding. However, this extra time on the floor gives you a great opportunity to make significantly more money considering the commission structure is completely uncapped.

Pros

MWT provides a fast-paced, high-performance environment where your results speak louder than anything else. Leadership is hands, on, supportive, and genuinely invested in developing your sales skills, not just through training sessions, but through daily coaching that actually impacts your numbers. The structure and processes are clear, making it easy to learn the AT&T system and ramp up quickly. Opportunities for advancement come fast for people who show consistency, initiative, and accountability. The team culture is collaborative, competitive in a healthy way, and filled with people who want to win. Strong commissions and incentives make the earning potential real for top performers. If you’re driven, disciplined, and hungry for growth, this is an environment that will sharpen you. MWT/AT&T is a strong fit for people who want to grow fast, earn well, and be part of a driven culture. The leadership is direct, the expectations are clear, and the opportunities are real for anyone who’s willing to put in the work. Not everyone will thrive here, but the ones who do, leave with skills, confidence, and discipline that translate anywhere.

Cons

It’s not a place for people looking for a slow pace, hand-holding, or comfort. Expectations are high, the workload can be demanding, and the learning curve is steep — but that’s also why the growth is real. Success here requires thick skin, initiative, and a willingness to adapt quickly. For some, the constant push for results may feel intense, but for others, it’s exactly what accelerates their development.
