Pros

Many talented, hard-working individuals genuinely trying to do the right thing Exposure to complex, high-stakes construction work Opportunity to take ownership and operate independently Leaders talk about culture, safety, and accountability — the intent sounds right

Cons

Culture breaks down under pressure; legacy contractor relationships often override internal teams Safety and equipment standards are inconsistently enforced when they conflict with schedule or relationships Accountability is frequently pushed downward without corresponding authority Decisions that should be straightforward (maintenance, equipment readiness) become political Employees enforcing standards can be left exposed when escalation is required

Pros

They will have you in a car all day traveling to jobs...

Cons

They did not sign off on electrical experience/hours as they said they would when job was taken They will not pay you for an hour to or from a jobs. So they basically steal 8-15 hours a week from your weekly paycheck just in "FREE TRAVEL" They say you'll make 60k but only pay you 40k because they don't factor in their theft clause.... There processes for maintain sites are a joke they are losing contracts left n right The grass at some sites is 6' tall but they will expect you to walk it while they drive around in utv's They got a select few they keep busy they rest will be on standby forced to wait for site to go down with no pay They lied to unemployment and said I voluntary quit when they fired me, Now I'm indefinably banned from state benefits for allegedly falsification. Will be lawyering up soon.
