      Pros

      Still interested in growing after 105 years. Very professional approach to business. Big enough to give the little guy a chance.

      Cons

      Did not present the case on how to move up in the company at the orientation. Although beneficial, it would also be good to work on streamlining the orientation. It was longer than I expected.

      Hard to get fired. They will give you ample chances

      Cons

      Only cater to employees that have been there for a while’s turnover rate doesn’t matter. Even if you go above and beyond it isn’t recognized
