Great historic company plagued by short term PE "cut everything for a buck" mentality - Director Milliken Employee Review

Leadership is rapidly reshuffling and great people are being lost as they flatten the organization. There are no career paths due to M5 eliminating many roles, as such, expect for most folks to work here for 3 years then leave. HR and DEI have gone way too far. Fairly toxic company when it comes to raising ethical issues even though they champion as a "World's most ethical company"
