Not climate controled, bad communication, too many chiefs, not caring toward ppl and situations, hardly any free time, required ot every week 48 + hours, 6 days, racist, hard to advance, beg for vacation or personal days, gets mad if u cant work over when asked, no organization, too much gossip and he said she said, rumors for no reason, pay increases too slow, gotta b teachers pet to get anywhere, unfair,
