Honestly I was never more stressed than working here. They give very little training and throw you to clients. You’re expected to upsell and run client relationships but you have zero power to influence or help the client. Most clients are angry with service issues and you’re told to observe and only come to management if they try to cancel. Leaders are too busy on vacation to help.
