A very friendly environment Great learning experience Multiple Opportunities for growth and education If you like traveling, then good amount of opportunities may come if you show interest. Ability to work remotely.
Cons
A lot depends on the team you're in, but for me personally, the work is not shared with any other member which makes it hard to take paid time off. You still are on call if anything urgent comes up and need to work to get that resolved. The back up provided may not be adequate enough because of their lack of experience with your particular area.
