Cons
- No room for growth unless you want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars prepping for/passing exams that will only increase your annual salary by less than $1000 - People quit every other week and they do NOT hire anyone new, so you will be doing what is the equivalent of 3-4 people’s job - If you are fresh out of college looking for a job, you will be the youngest person there by about 35 years - Poor PTO accumulation and if you get sick too bad ! - Awful work environment, office is a ghost town since there are roughly 3 people there - Culture is terrible , expect to be surrounded by middle aged people acting like they’re still in high school - Even though you are doing enough work for 4 people, expect your managers and team leads to IM you every 10 seconds to ask if something is done :-)
