Employees are kind, intelligent, and passionate. Bonus system is fair, PTO is flexible, and drama is minimal. It is relatively easy to transition to work that appeals to you.
Cons
Seasonal work cycle, and busy season can be grueling. Recent years have seen improvement in distributing work, but analysts can and do slip into the cracks - some getting buried under an unsustainable number of hours, and others going days without billed work. Prospective employees should be comfortable in reaching out for help when they need it, and effectively gauging and communicating their own availability.
