Pros
The people at Milliman are extremely bright. If you fit in with the team, you can learn a lot at Milliman. The hours also aren't too bad, especially for a consulting company. This is good from a work/life balance, if that is important to you.
Cons
The office environment can be cliquish and stale. If you are new to consulting, expect to spend a substantial portion of your time alone in front of computer. Not a lot of personal interaction
