There’s not a lot of good leadership or middle management at the company. There are a lot of top-down decisions made and some of them just don’t make sense. Because of this management style a lot of people don’t feel empowered to make decisions and as a result either no decision is made or large group meetings are scheduled that are a waste of time. Career progression is non-existent, though I hear there are some plans around career progression. Still a good company to work for. Just lots of things in flux right now and there seems to be a lot of disconnect.
