Before being hired, I let those interviewing me know that I was working on a Masters degree in School Counseling and would likely not be at Milliman in the next 2-3 years. I was still given the opportunity to make an impact and throughout my time here, I strongly considered not pursuing my degree due to how incredible the people are here. I truly don't have enough words to express how exceptional the office environment is and couldn't have asked for a better place to work while in school.
