Pros

Really great people and benefits. Hard working people that can also have a good time together. I really enjoy the work and working here. Also a great location for me.

Cons

Not many cons, but if I had to say, I would say maybe a little more budget for equipment, computers, iPads and software.

Pros

Working here is like having a second family, Brotherhood camaraderie loyalty and the owner knows Everybody by their first name. If you work hard you'll be rewarded. I like to think I made friends here for a lifetime.

Cons

A lot travel, family would have to understand
