Some good, committed people. Good benefits. Noble mission serving the military.

Cons

Upper management is full of cronyism. Select group of players make all the decisions. Company does not value input of others. Engineering apparatus rules the organization and deflects responsibility for their failures while being praised by upper management. Dysfunctional at best.

An interim CEO named in January 2026 is bringing new ideas, but the culture is toxic.

Cons

There are no new products in the pipeline that are designed by the company. Products being produced now are end of life. Revenue is down. The leadership needs to be replaced, they lack accountability for any of their actions.
