No real cons. Could always use more resources, team members and key functions as long as those new ones coming into the company have the same level of integrity, drive, commitment, dedication, work ethic, positive attitude, values, and professionalism. Some key functions that would be standard in a larger company are still being added, grown and developed here. This is a great opportunity for the right people to positively help, support and build with us together to continue Miltope’s growth. As stated, no cons. This is a wonderful company.
