I am a returning employee to Miltope, being with the company 2 1/2 years. The difference in the sitting Administration and former leadership team from my first tenure is night and day. Current leadership inherited numerous issues that had never been addressed or left by the wayside, Miltope was in a downward spiral with no formal direction. In the past 2 years, with Dianne Howells at the helm, Miltope has been operating in a more professional and business setting, making headway in the defense contracting world and planning a path for future endeavors to secure the future of the company, Hurtful reviews only make me wonder, what has that previous of current employee added to improve Miltope?
