Pros
It was a great opportunity to work for a professional sports franchise. Enjoyed the fast paced work environment, and wonderful fans. Learned a lot about the business of sports. Game days can be very fun and offer a great opportunity to interact with fans and support the brand.
Cons
In season work schedule can be grueling due to the long hours on game days. Lack of competitive pay and benefits. Employee's didn't always feel as if management supported them when dealing with difficult clients and/or fans. Management discards veteran staff for younger and cheaper staff annually.
