Unfulfilled promises & Unethical - Guest Service Representative Milwaukee Bucks Employee Review

- was told I’d be able to work up to 36 hours a week, I was lucky if I worked 15 hours a week - was forced to be a gatescreener (outside of my job description) and was paid $14 an hour. Security is supposed to do this job and they receive more pay. Same job, they just misuse newbies. - wouldn’t let me transfer to security, even though they are short staffed in that department - upper management likes to single out and belittle employees - they want me to return the uniform that they took money out of my paycheck to pay for? - I think they only do what’s right if it’s required of them.
