The good thing they have is your schedule is spaced out. You will work 12 hr shifts days or nights, you can pretty much put your schedule together.

I'm sorry but this is more of a nursing home setting than a hospital setting. You have to literally get people up like a nursing home assignment. It's too much consistent heavy lifting if your back is not so good, I advise you not to work here if you don't want to do all that lifting with hoyers and sit to stands 24/7. The pay is low for all the work you have to do. It's not even worth it.
