Great company perks, free food, trade shows, golf etc. Lots of travel, can be fun but also not when it’s 6 weeks in a row

Cons

Super cut throat personalities from a group of people. People that bark the loudest but do the least. Instead of a raise, they will give you free tickets to an event. Lots of travel

Working in a fast paced environment. Great benefits package (insurance, tool discount, subsidized cafe)

Cons

Can be a grind for extended time. Have started to value outside experience over internal experience. Promotion and advancement is dependent on your manager and less based on performance as you move up.
