Pros
VERY approachable executive team and supportive of fitting the person to the department. Engineering positions are varied and as challenging as you want. As an engineer it is great to ACTIVELY engage marketing, the executive team, and the service group during the design process. The work environment is great as well. Truly a company that supports innovation.
Cons
VERY fast paced. If you are interested in slow and steady, this might not be a good fit for you. Also, the average age feels like they are 12 years old (when you are old like I am). It's refreshing to see a large population of youngsters with the drive and desire you don't see too much anymore.
