      Pros

      Great product, great coworkers. If you are looking for a challenging but rewarding place to work, this is the place. Work/life balance is good if you ask for help when needed and be transparent about your workload.

      Cons

      Several middle/upper managers have a "never say no" mentality which can make life very challenging/stressful for those teams. But this is the minority and the company is very open to lateral moves if you find yourself in this situation.
