      Pros

      Fast paced, always new positions opening, always opportunities to learn and grow. They do lots of events for families and employees.

      Cons

      The fast pace means that some departments keep up better than others, some adjust very well and some don't. It would also be nice to see some sort of profit sharing or stock option (but all the other benefits are pretty nice).

      Great place to work, great energy and lots and lots to learn here

      Of course it cannot pay as much as some other EE jobs, but they could do better

      Amazing culture. They are serious about their company culture. Great employee benefits.

      At times you might find yourself without directions but it isn't really a company thing. It is about how much you engage with them
