As the company continues to grow, there is a lot of opportunity for upward mobility. There also is a significant amount of exposure cross functionally

Cons

Pay continues to fall further behind compared to the market. It’s getting frustrating especially as the company continues to discuss record breaking sales. People are going to continue to leave if something doesn’t change since other end companies are consistently reaching out with better offers. Additionally, the bonus structure isn’t transparent
