Gossipy and uncaring - Field Marketing Executive Milwaukee Tool Employee Review

If you like sales it can be a good role but despite the title and job description there is absolutely no link to marketing whatsoever. It’s a toxic working environment with a lot of gossiping, no planning and incredibly unreasonable expectations. Often days are completely wasted by doing useless and fruitless tasks. This, alongside completely uncaring managers who offer no support except to get on with it makes for a lonely working environment.
