Pros
Lots of freedom and empowerment. Very challenging, well rounded position with focus on aggressive selling to meet growth. Free meals, paid expenses on the road. Lots of travel around the US. Great company culture. Fantastic brand. No other company out there has as much opportunity to grow your career. This position will prepare you for many jobs on the market or within the company.
Cons
Sales growth not representative of work and effort invested into job. Some people make bonus because they were placed in a high octane market while others are working very hard and don't make bonus. Yearly bonus structure is not motivating, not even an incentive. Time spend driving is wasted time.
