Pros
- Milwaukee Tool does do a lot of innovative things, if you are on the right team you can work on some of those projects. - Benefits are really good, better health coverage than other companies I worked for.
Cons
- Poor leadership/managers, they push people into management without training and end up with a lot of managers who just don't fit well in the role. Leaders will hire managers who don't have the right leadership skills. - LOTS of things happen in silo's, it seems to happen so other teams can run fast. - The team I was on did not care about our concerns and had a "just do what I asked, nothing more" attitude. When I brought up concerns they were just dismissed.
