Glad I left the company - Anonymous employee Mimeo Employee Review

Mimeo as an employer is quite outdated. It still looks more like someone owns the company, and doesn't care about the employees. Management is far away from people who they are supposed to manage. The worst thing about Mimeo is the future. For the company it doesn't look bright since the business is dying. The employees are not getting raises, bonuses, promotions, or some other perks which can give them good perspective for next 5-10 years. I couldn't see myself staying with Mimeo for long.
