Terrible management - Anonymous employee Mimeo Employee Review

The company is like a dinosaur. May be 15 years ago it was a good one but not anymore. They pretend to be a modern company but all they do is kind of tactical changes. No modern strategy or any idea how to fix the declining business. Management is just terrible. The company has no idea what it means to manage people and how let them grow. If you think about your career - it's not a good place for you at all. I don't believe any of the top managers can see the company in 5-10 years. I'm sure they know that the company will die way earlier.
