Wrong first impression - Anonymous employee Mimeo Employee Review

Unfortunately the first impression was totally wrong. What I took as relaxed atmosphere turned over to be ignorance from the top management. They really don't care about the employees. No career growth, no idea how to manage people, how to build the team, etc. After a few months I realized that I made a mistake joining the company and there is nothing I could do with that expect to quit.
