We have a great team in production. The vast majority truly care about the company and our customers. The work environment is positive and engaging -- more so than most organizations.
Cons
Could use more MIS support for operations. Several constraints awaiting a technology solution. Develop a career growth plan with critical training requirements at all levels in the organization. Most motivated employees would like to understand their career opportunities and a path to achieve these goals.
