- Great place to learn the basics of how to sell - People and culture are top notch - Beautiful office space with full bar and 360 degree views of the city - Work hard, play hard employee mentality
Cons
- The product has failed to differentiate itself with the shrinking market cap which has led to the majority of sales being won by "out-pricing" their competitors vs. adding value - Due to a shortcoming of outbound leads, the sales floor has become the wild west with Enterprise AE's making 30+ cold calls a day trying to feed themselves - Sales leadership increasingly focused on outbound metrics vs. trying to creatively solve the top of funnel problem
