Coworkers are ignorant. Management is not qualified. Not one college degree on the production floor. Company is literally segregated between the haves and have nots. If you are in corporate you use a separate entrance and go to separate xmas parties. Production team does all the work and gets none of the credit. Especially 2nd shift. The people that have stayed there for a long time are only able to cope with it because they are all addicted to prescription pills.
