      Good autonomy in most areas Decent benefit package Flexible work-life balance for salaried employees Great place for self starters and no micromanagement

      Typical tall white male senior management team Little opportunity for promotion even for old timers, very flat org Pay is okay but lacks incentives or any significant bonuses Runs super lean so we always do more with less
