New vertically oriented sales organization has changed AE role from low base/high(ish) commission, cold call mill to more strategic. Compensation plan is more stable as of April '15. AEs manage and grow large book of business and close new accounts prospected from SDRs via marketing funnel.
Cons
Growth expectations of existing billing accounts are ambitious, yet to see if realistic. Selling eContent is hardly incentivized.
