If you are new to sales or just getting started in your career, Mimeo is a great place to be; you can learn basic sales skills and keep honing your talent while you continue to grow. The new sales model opened up more room for vertical growth, and quite a few employees have taken advantage of the opportunity to grow horizontally as well. So lots of room for movement. The base salary is much better than that of comparable positions at other companies, and the benefits (health, dental, vision) are really incredible. The environment on the sales floor is relaxed and comfortable, and most people find good friends here. Overall everyone is great and gets along well.
Cons
In order to be successful in sales here, you must be driven and able to take control of your own success. That's pretty much true with any sales position at any company, however. There are office politics and some issues on the sales floor, but these problems persist because most people complain about things amongst themselves and fail to communicate anything. Problems can't be fixed if nobody in the position to change things is aware of them.
